Fear of Failure

Failure is something everyone experiences in life. In fact, if you ask twenty people whether they consider themselves successful, I doubt there will be anyone that says yes. Will they be wrong? No. They will have had their own successes and failures between the time you met them and the current day. Many successful people do not feel like a success because they compare themselves with other people (and other people usually live in their own tall grass). Just remember that no matter how much you succeed, or how many times you fail, you are in the game and still have a chance to win. If you’re not failing, you’re not trying. If you are afraid to fail, then you will never succeed. Failure is a part of success and will help you learn what does and doesn’t work for your business or life in general. It’s important to remember that the key to success is not how many times you fail, but how many times you get back up after falling down. If you fall down seven times and get back up eight, then you are a winner. Some people get so caught up in the idea that they can’t fail, that they never try anything. If you never try something and it doesn’t work, then how will you know if it would have worked for someone else? Just because something didn’t work for you doesn’t mean that it won’t work for someone else. It is true. You've heard it all before. Success takes time and hard work! But, any journey worth taking takes time, effort and dedication! Sure, maybe you won't make it to the top immediately. But, what's your final goal? The peak of Mount Everest isn't climbed by people who give up, turn back or complain about how difficult it all is. But, if you want to get there, then you need to start climbing. The only way to get from where you are now to the peak is by taking one step at a time! You can't just jump from one place to another. If you want to get to the top, then keep climbing. If you want to succeed in the game, then keep working hard. If you want to reach your goals and dreams, then don't give up! In the end, no matter what you decide to do in life, don't be dissuaded by fear. There will be plenty of people who try to tell you that you can't do it, or that it's not worth your time. Ignore them! You'll never find success if you let fear dictate your every move, and it'll never really matter what someone thinks of your dreams unless you live to see them come true. So go ahead and achieve those goals—whatever they may be—and set an example for others to follow.
